I've spent 17 years of my 21-year basketball career playing professionally in various teams. I played more than 100 times in national teams, including Mini, Bantam, Midget and Juvenile, and B & A national teams. Besides, I played professionally in Championsleague and Eurocup. Following the end of my professional life in 2003, I worked as a personal trainer and athlete agent until I move to Canada in 2010. I worked as a basketball coach in Canada for 3 years at the West Island Lakers Basketball Association (WILBA) and 1 year at the Collège Sainte Anne. I'm still coaching basketball at Collège Charlemagne.

I graduated from Sports Academy as a physical education teacher. I have FIT certification and CPR certificates.

During my 21 years of basketball career, I have worked with different coaches, trainers and personal trainers and I've learned so much from all of them. Sports was a big part of my life and I still love it. I graduated from the Sports Academy in order to share my knowledge and experience with sports lovers and professional athletes. I have been sharing my experiences and knowledge with people who want to do sports for years and invest in their body bank & stay healthy and professional athletes. I prepare them to reach their goals through individual programs prepared by realistic approaches and explanations based on their needs. While setting goals for my clients, I also teach them to experience and feel like a professional athlete when they train with me. I use various exercises that improve disability and performance enhancing stretching before and after training. I help them to better know their body and teach them to use the right angles and the right muscles appropriate to the exercise in order to avoid pain and injuries and to get the maximum benefit. Shortly, I share all my knowledge and experience with my clients during this one on one training session.

Individual Training

During a personal training session, cardio, strength and resistance training exercises are performed based on the physical capacity of the person. The physical development of the person is followed with attention and the program is revised when necessary. In my system, cardio, power and endurance exercises are always combined together. My main target is to build a powerful body with strong muscles on strong legs.

Group Training

Companies and employees are interested in group training sessions at work in order to motivate their employees and encourage the team work skills. I offer group training sessions in my own studio, at your work place if you have a gym, open air at parks nearby your office or wherever is more convenient to you. This is a great way of relaxing at lunch time and investing in your health during the day especially for those who have this common excuse of not having time to exercise. You will be surprised to see how your performance at work will rise up as well.

Professional Athlete Training

In fact this is a specialized training focusing on young athletes between 10-18 age group who wish to become a professional athlete. To achieve their goal, these young athletes must be professionally trained, i.e., they must be in the good hands of a knowledgeable and experienced trainer.

This program is designed to help anyone in sports or professional athletes to restore their physical activity after surgery or post-injury. According to doctor’s reports, a combination of strengthening and cardio workout is planned and the physical development of the person is carefully monitored.
